Some artists and speakers may also have their own pre sale groups and fan clubs.  Pre sale tickets are available for VIP ticket packages and general admission. General admission tickets will always cheaper pre sale.

How long are pre sale tickets available?

Pre Sale tickets usually go on sale up to 3 days prior to general public tickets. Once general admission goes on sale the pre sale ticket window is closed. The number of Pre Sale tickets is also limited – so it is important to act quickly!

How do I get a Pre Sale discount code?

Mintix members will be emailed a pre sale code ahead of the ticket window opening.  Becoming a member is free.  Pre-sale tickets will also be issued through our affiliate member radio and TV stations and touring artists/speakers.

Accessible tickets

If you need accessible seating please purchase your tickets and upon arrival at the venue, make yourself known to one of the venue team and they will be able to assist you accordingly.

I have purchased a ticket to a show or event but can no longer attend.

All tickets are normally non refundable – however are fully transferable. So hopefully you can find a family member or friend who is able to attend in your place.  And of course, we will work with ticket purchasers in exceptional circumstances.

A full refund is only applicable should a show be cancelled or as required by law.

Where can I purchase my tickets?

You can purchase tickets through your local Christian Radio, Christian School, Charity or TV Mintix powered website or social media pages.  You may also be able to purchase tickets directly from the artists website or socials.

Please note that the ticket issuer is a third party ticketing organisation contracted to issue tickets on behalf of the artist/ event and/or venues where shows are being held. Mintix, CMAA and your local radio, school, church, charity or TV station are not the ticket issuer.

How are tickets issued to me?

Tickets are usually issued via email.  Some venues require purchasing of tickets via their own registered ticketing company and these companies may issue electronic and/or hard copy tickets.

I don’t have a smart phone for my digital ticket – so can I get a ticket posted to me in hard copy?

Unless specified upon checkout by the ticketing company, your ticket/s will be issued electronically. If you don’t have a mobile device to bring to the show/event venues, you can print a hard copy of your ticket/s and bring them with you to the door at the show event.

Why are ticketing fees charged by the ticket issuer?

It is usual for ticketing companies to charge ticketing administration fees and merchant percentage fees for tickets to help cover their services.

We use online ticketing systems to reduce the cost of fees to ticket purchasers. Fees are kept significantly lower than other commercial companies in order to help as many people to attend events. Where a venue requires tickets to be purchased through their assigned ticketing agent, fees of that company will be applicable.

For ticketing queries:

Where can I find the show times and locations for events?

What can I bring to the show/event?

For Music Events: Venues have strict conditions on what you can bring into the venue in the interest of public safety.  We encourage you to leave bags at home so you can access the venue quickly. You can also check directly with the venue on any conditions or restrictions. Some venues also have cloak room facilities.

Do you allow cameras at concert shows?

Venues have their own rules and conditions for cameras and photography devices. We suggest that you check with the venue direct.

The church venues used for many of our artists shows allow mobile phone cameras and amateur cameras that are non SLR and with non-detachable lenses.  This is the normal rule of thumb with most non church venues as well. However, to be certain- please contact the venue directly.
